LCL 1101: Latin I

Textbooks: Wheelock's Latin, ed. R. LaFleur, sixth edition, along with Groton and May, Thirty-eight Latin stories, both available from Benjamin's Books, Osgoode st. (by King Edward).

Course times: Monday, 10.00 - 11.20 a..m., Wednesday, 8.30 - 9.50 a.m., Friday 10.00 - 11.20 a.m. All classes take place in UCU (University Centre) 125. This room is just by where the office for scholarships etc. is, on the same floor as the food court. You can get there, for instance, by going up the stairs right next to the university bookshop.

Important note: Occasionally, some people use the web to seek out the answers to Wheelock exercises in order to save time (and increase marks) on their homework. This is, of course, in contravention of university regulations on plagiarism. It will also be of little use to you in the long run and is often easy to spot. You are therefore strongly advised to steer clear of such sites, which are usually unreliable anyway.
