The Centre for Knowledge Transfer
The Centre for Knowledge Transfer's annual spring institute is intended to provide a forum for students, decision-makers and researchers to engage and interact around knowledge transfer issues in health services research. The Centre for Knowledge Transfer is a multidisciplinary national training centre in knowledge utilization and policy implementation related to health services research, funded by CHSRF, CIHR and AHFMR.
